Mr. Parvez Khimani is one of the founders of FinactX. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is an MBA from Manav Bharti University, Solan and is a graduate with major in Accounting from Nagpur University, India. He has successfully completed the CPA exams and is awaiting his licensure. He is an internationally educated, experienced and result oriented senior finance, technology and corporate governance professional who has dealt at all levels of management with specializations in the area of general business consultation, management advisory services, audit, taxation, financial services and Information Technology consulting.
With over 29 years of overall professional career, Mr. Parvez Khimani is extensively experienced in US corporate, partnership and individual tax planning, tax compliance including multistate tax returns filings with international reporting, business and management consulting to companies on finance processes and internal controls design and evaluation; enterprise risk management; financial systems selection, design, development and implementation; public accounting, internal and external auditing; and merger integration. He has worked in East Africa as Internal Auditor in Kampala Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (Kampala -Uganda) and Group Internal Auditor in Stanhope Finance Company (Kampala- Uganda). Prior to current firm in U.S., Mr. Khimani gained experience as a partner of Chartered Accountant Firm in India and also of working in a Public Accounting Firm in USA.
